What to bring

  • Comfortable enclosed walking shoes with grip
  • Comfortable pants / long shorts with room to move for agility
  • Hair ties and clips – long hair must be tied back for climbing activities
  • Hat
  • Insect repellent
  • Personal toiletries – toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel / soap, deodorant, etc
  • Plastic bags for wet towels, swimmers or clothes
  • Sleeping bag (or blankets and sheet) and pillow with pillowcases
  • Sufficient clothes for camping – underwear, socks, pyjamas, tshirts, jeans, jumper / jacket, etc
  • Sunscreen
  • Swimmers (+ Rashshirt recommended)
  • Torch with batteries
  • Towels – shower towel / beach towel
  • Water bottle

What is supplied

  • Cleaning products and equipment – brooms, mops, wipes, sprays, scourer, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags
  • Crockery – plates, bowls, mugs
  • Cutlery, utensils, jugs, cookware (pots, pans, etc)
  • Hand towels
  • Kitchen equipment – ovens, grills, microwave, toaster
  • Liquid soap
  • Mattress on beds
  • Toilet paper
