All Camp Laurence staff work under the Catholic Employing Authorities Single Enterprise Collective Agreement – Religious Institute Schools of Queensland 201-2023.

We hold the safety and wellbeing of our students and staff as our number one priority. All staff are required to complete the mandatory Child Protection online training prior to commencing in a role at Camp Laurence.

All Staff are required to comply with the EREA Principles of Employmentthe Charter for Catholic Schools in the Edmund Rice Tradition and the College’s Vision and Mission Statement. Staff are also required to comply with the EREA Code of Conduct, the College’s Child Protection Policy and Processes and other policies that relate to your employment.
